The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your", "Event Organizer" or "Hotel" or "Hotel Representative" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to our Company - www.GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Hotel in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Hotels's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

www.GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. is not a travel agency, registered or otherwise. The company restricts its operations to providing a listing service whereby hotels can list details about their property that may appeal to a member of the public, particularly event organizers, with the intent to provide that member of the public their services. All payment arrangements for any services will be conducted directly between the member of the public and the hotel. www.GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. will not accept any money from a member of the public and therefore holds itself non-liable for any financial disputes between the hotels and members of the public.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Government regulation has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Disclaimer - Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

Payment

Hotel Advertisers - All major credit and debit cards and in some cases corporate checks are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days when invoiced. To be invoiced, advanced arrangements must be made with GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. Otherwise, all payments must be made online as provided for.

Termination of Agreements

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate the hotel or event organizer's information or any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. See Refund Policy.

Refund Policy

Hotels - GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. offers a full refund of your hotel's payment for a directory listing anytime within six months of payment for your hotel's initial registration. You are required to email a refund request to info@GroupEventsPro.com prior to the expiry of your sixth month of service.

Event Organizers will not be required to make any payments to GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. and therefore would not be entitled to refunds under any circumstances. In the event of a refund claim for any money paid by the Event Organizer to any Hotel or listed Service Provider, for any reason, the Event Organizer agrees that the only parties to the transaction are the organizer and the hotel involved in the agreement and that no claim will be made against GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. for any reason whatsoever.

Third party services

GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. GroupEventsPro.com, Inc. does not control these third parties or their services, and you agree that our company will not be liable to you in any way for your use of such services. These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these. If any such terms or policies conflict with GroupEventsPro.com, Inc.'s terms, agreements or policies, you must comply with those of GroupEventsPro.com, Inc.

Ownership

You do not claim intellectual property right to any of our services, modified or unmodified. Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Anti-fraud check

Your service can be suspended for manual antifraud check for up to 24 hours as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Availability

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United States and Canada for event organizers. All advertising is intended solely for the United States market. Event Organizers are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any hotel property available through this site. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.

Waiver

Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

Governing law & jurisdiction

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.
